    I would call BS as well but there is the letter from Yamaha and there is the bike in pieces as well? Hmmmm could be isolated but they are holding back a lot of R1's makes you think....

    Wow, look at all those new R1 parts just tossed around and in piles. Two thumbs down for that mess That tech bullitin is very convincing tho, in fact i think i remember seeing the same comments for...err my 03 R6, 01 R6, 99 R6, 98 R1, hmmm, the 99 R7 assembly manual even says the same thing for brake-in. I'm sold, the new R1 is junk i tell you

    Mine's not going to blow up Kevin, i have over 10 miles on it And it's already seen some high rpms. And, it shouldn't carbon up to much seeing how you're not going to work on it
