....by the law? The DR has some amazingly huge and fugly blinkers on it. I'm looking for something a bit smaller. I'd fit GSXR blinkers if they didn't use such a tiny bolt.
Thanks gang!
I can't say much about the law, since I haven't been stopped on a bike in over 10 years (knock on wood), but I like the Lockhart Phillips Short Stalk V. They're shaped like arrows and work quite well.
Really like my Graves flushies on my R1. Been told there pretty visable from the front also, could take some pictures if ya like. Love the Blaster-x tail lights to..
You probably won't get hassled with shorty signals but might with flush mounts.
Friends don't let friends wave to Can Ams
I'll probably stick with standard shorties. Flush mounts probably won't look good or mount well on the DR.
Edit: Front + Rear. Sorry JimI actually posted a reply answering yours but apparently I didn't submit it.

Not sure if they're required, but most stock front signals are dual-filament and have the running lights that stay on all the time the bike is switched on. The other filament is a brighter light for the flasher when the turn signal is in use.
I know that LP has both single-filament and dual-filament signal lights. WHen I went looking this time around, most of the "cool" ones with LED have only 2 wires, so I'm not sure if they'd work the same in the front. My guess is no.
I may be wrong though.
Running light are not required, I think? Good point though.
I have flushmout in the front and my rear ones are in my tail light I went to have my bike inspected and thay said my font ones were fine but would not give me a sticker because my rear ones were in my tail light

This whole thread is such a repost.
The laws in MASS. change every time a new registrar comes into power which is about every 2-4 years. The law does not say anything about LEDs, flushmounts, shorties or integrated taillights anymore. What it does say now is that the rear turn signals must be a minimum of 9 inches apart and front a minimum of 16 inches
Click this link for the actual written inspection laws as they are now. Look at paragraph f for the turn signal requirements.
The shock arrow LED signals are great. I have followed 2 friends who have them and I think they're the best seen aftermarket LED turn signals.

We do. I have a few sets in stock and can get many others in a day or 2 depending on what you want. We're closed Mon. for holiday, but open regular hours otherwise. I have resistors too if needed.
Then I'll see you at some point this week![]()
