Id buy one as long as the fit was good.
I had one from the same company back in 2003, but it was the bicycling version. I liked it quite a lot but when I switched from butt-wedges to recumbents it was useless... so I sold it. I don't think the optics were adjustable in the one I had but they worked very well on the standard upright bike where you are bent over toward the handlebars. Pretty neat and so much better than little side mirrors on helmets for a number of reasons. I might go with one of these in a few years too.
