    first ride in 2 weeks

Well after being off the bike for 2weeks due to my shoulder surgery I went against medical advice and went for a ride today didn't feel too bad. Talked to my physical theripist and she said its up to me depending on how my shoulder felt. So I can ride but not for very long periods I was out for about a half hour before I had to stop it didn't hurt just got tired so hopefully by next week ill be all set well see how it goes

Cool, bro. Glad to hear you're healin up.

A couple things I kept in mind last year after my wrist injury, use your legs & core to keep yer weight off those arms & stay close to home in case it starts hurting.

Be careful man! I know you want to ride, but give that puppy time to heal up well. No sense in damaging anything and being off the bike longer!

I am waiting to hear the word on mine. Did they have to set an anchor and tie it off, or just shave it?? (labrum)

I'm guessing just shave it because of how fast it healed I'm actually a lot father ahead than I should be healing wise.

When I got the mri, they said it was a tear, have to drill a whole, set the anchor, tie it off and still might have to shave some bone.

3-4 weeks in a sling, 2-3 months of rehab, I almost wanted to sell the bike so i don't try to get on it.
