Riding season!

I rode to work yesterday. It was gloooooorious! I didn't have the balls to check the temp when I left. But it was dark and very cold. Would not have made it were it not for electrics. Later I looked at weatherspark, which claimed it was 27-F when I left. .. WTF is wrong with me?!

The V-Strom glides over these crap-tastic roads. By some stroke of pure dumb luck, I think I have the suspension on this thing fairly well dialed in.

I started the DRZ for the first time since November last night. It started right up as if I had just put it away the night before, barely even needed the choke. Took it for a quick 5 minute ride since it was dark but man did it feel good to be on two wheels again! So excited for the season!

I brought the gsxr out and it fired right up even though i left the battery in all winter. The kz took a charge and fiddling before it started and it was scary going down the road so its gonna need some love before a good ride. The cb is next today and the rd350 is in peices behind that. Sadly my crossplane plane r1 is in the way, way back of the warehouse and will take me a few days to dig out. Maybe by this weekend i will be riding.

Took the Explorer out on 4/2 and 4/3. Rode to work. Heated seat, grips and gloves which made the grips unnecessary for now. Later when I need to take the edge off wearing regular gloves the grips will serve well.
