    Bike for 1 year, one-way, $189.99 in Vermont.(Ninja 900)
Last year, in Canada..eh the same darn coverage was $890.00.(+15% tax)

Uuuuum,... I like Vermont, think I'll stay a while.

Any speeding tickets or traffic violation...? Do you live in a city where you're at high risk to have your bike stolen? etc.

    Re: Insurance quote, jaw dropping!

Yeah I paid about 1200/ yr full coverage in Maine for my 929 and 950 for my 600rr, with a clean record. And that was the best rate I could find.

    Yes and no.

NO speeding tickets. But I do have a reckless in my jacket

Dumb ass pulled in front of me so I decided to speed in front of the mother effer and get out at the next stop light to do some "tapping" on his window

This was in my car though.

I didn't see more than a 5% increase in my premiums from this

KillBill I got progressive and only pay $750/year with full coverage. I'm sure it will go lower when I insure my car with them also.

    Re: Insurance quote, jaw dropping!

I see some problems in the above posts concerning insurance providers. "Progressive" is the problem. Switch to statefarm. put the bike and cage through statefarm.

My previous insurance company was pretty decent, until I told them I wanted a 2007 GSX-R1000. Insurance for that would be 1400 a year. I called Statefarm and they wanted $502 a year, $350 if your car is with us.

    Sold. Statefarm customer I am.

I did at one time get a quote for the old bike with progressive, I laughed and never thought of asking them for anything again
