there are 3-4 tracks within a 2 hour drive from me...I don't remember any over there?

then yeah...I'll make a post...I'm surprised nobody's biting at $675...

almost tempted to put the dirt tires back on there...figure there are more kids that ride dirt vs. adults that ride supermoto

was curious about 4 strokes...and was looking for a bike for practicing whoolies...

we *might* make a mini moto out of it, but honestly...I realistically see it getting stunt pegs...doing whoolies...teach some girls/noobies to ride, clean it up, then sell it for what I paid for it

has big kid bars, a clutch added on, needs the carb cleaned/tuned, the stock airbox put back on, and the brakes replaced/adjusted...and bike cleaned

man...I just sold my CR80R mini moto...and now I want another one!

apex raceway - about 70 miles from long beach - takes me about 1-1/2 hours to get there



the mini moto community out here is ROCKING - one of the organizers setup a "come ride a mini all day for $38" and a lot of riders volunteered their bikes for the day - come ride a 65, 85, 100 to check it out, with free races the following day!

I race against a KTM 65 and they are QUICK. Poor lil TTR has NOTHING on them.

I knowwwwww...that power/weight ratio of the smoker is just wild, and if you can somehow translate "stay on the pipe!" onto pavement where there is no slip, it really moves!

but I'm not out there to slay dragons, I just want to do cheap track days -

so I'm currently looking for a NSR50 frame & stuff an xr100 motor...it's more fun to ride mini's roadrace style vs. supermoto style

Eh, if you get an XR100 just road race it. I piss off people by sticking with knee down on my TTR, it works, it's what I know, so why change?

ughhh..I don't have the technique to knee down on a dirt bike

they're just so tall...every time I hang way off of one I end up on my ass

and actually, an NSR frame (non-plated) is going to run me ~$1000 in socal...how about an XR100 w' an xr 80 front rim (which should lower it 3" in the front), clip ons, and slide the forks through the upper triples?

I really want 'er lowwwww
