2003 Yamaha VStar 650 Classic 26k +/- miles

I am looking at the bike in the title. It is in nice shape and claimed to have always been taken care of. All service records can be verified through the local dealer.
I am picking it up for $2300. However prior to dropping that cash I wanted to see if this was a decent deal, a steal or robbery.

It does have full aftermarket pipes (brand I can't recall) with saddlebags and Sissy bar.

Thoughts on the price?

I would ask what the price is and if you have any pictures of said bike. It also depends where it is located as well.
