So How far can you get on your hypermotard on one tank of gas? It's a great looking bike, but if I ever trade up for another Duc, I want to get something with a longer range than the 110 miles that I get on my Monster.

So How far can you get on your hypermotard on one tank of gas? It's a great looking bike, but if I ever trade up for another Duc, I want to get something with a longer range than the 110 miles that I get on my Monster.

at 90 miles (from FULL) filled up with 2.7 gallons, was at 209 when the low fuel light came on and made it another 8 miles to the station. Filled up with 3.1 gallons(3.3 gallon capacity), so about 125-130 tank/40 MPG, but taking it relatively easy during break-in.

haha Doc that's actually the EXACT rear wheel that is currently on Matt Stone's Hawk. I bought that wheel, pipe, and another M4 a few years back. That bike was located in Hawaii and parted out.

Random Fact: The guy behind me on the yellow 1098, while not the fastest dude you ever saw..., by far owned one of THE COOLEST bikes I've ever seen. Along with his 1098 (and I think he had a Desmo on order), he owned THIS BIKE and would RIDE IT to bike nights on occasion. Oh yes... life in the Bay Area... *shakes head*

Hey I have a pic just like that..... That turn was pretty fun on the Hypermotard, you could back it in wicked good! Love the camera-angle used in both our shots, looks like you are riding a pavement wave.

The only problem is the photog never could seem to get me at the apex with my knee over the rumble strips. I would late apex that turn and he got 3 shots that all looked like that one.

Love the Fizzer (never heard it called that before). What did you do on it for custom parts?

Too much... It was a naked conversion over the winter using the Euro FZ1N headlight. Should've just sold it stock and bought a monster... But I do love the little guy.

Parts: FZ1N Naked Headlight with customized bracket, Leo Vince CF exhaust, PCIII, K&N air filter, Rizoma rearsets, Pazzo shorty levers, Rizoma Dynamic Mirrors, Puig chin fairing, TCP seat cowl, customized Optima radiator cowls, Painted (OEM frame black) side panels and front fender, customized hugger, Grip Puppies, Uncaged Sliders, Clear Alternatives clear blinker covers, FAZR6 fender eliminator, Custom Dynamics Back-off Brake Light Module

I've been looking for similar parts lately, with no luck.
