You have a Strom and an SV? Sell. SV for track, Strom for street.

As someone who was in your shoes a few years ago (with a thread very similar), I say look at what you REALLY plan to do for riding and sell whichever one makes the least sense to keep. I ended up keeping my SV not once, but twice, when I had these debates because it just makes more sense to have it. It actually brings my insurance down every year (multi-vehicle gets a boost at 5 or 6 or however many we have now), it isn't worth much, and it would be sad to not have something I could throw around on a track and not care about. Now, I have a track bike I use once or twice a year, but it makes more sense around here for the two of us to share this one small track bike, than to manhandle an R1 and risk damaging my 675.
Much like people told me 7 years ago (yeah she's that old now), babies don't stay babies forever (mine's ready to ride on the back for short jaunts - another reason to have kept the SV), so don't make a decision you can't easily undo in a year or two if it's that much trouble thinking about doing it. If it is a decision you would make that has nothing to do with a kid, then do it.

If you run into a wall with a helmet on, you still ran into a wall.
Well, it's FINALLY back together. Now to sell it.

Keep it until you do a track day on it, then mothball it for the kid.
Heh, as it turns out, all the vacuum lines need to be connected to sensors to get it to run perfect.
Ooops.

Have you ridden one or spent quality time on one? I never thought in a million years my ZRX would become my go-to, ultimate-favorite "daily" bike I've ever owned. She'll doddle in traffic, she's happy hunting apexes, she'll whooolie like a boss... happy to do it all. Unbelievably good bike anywhere near "legal" speeds, and will do 2-up track day shenanigans all day long. I adore my ZRX, especially after the forks and front brakes got upgraded.
To each their own, but ZRX's are absolute *beasts*
Yeah. Guy at work has one. I've ridden it, although I dunno if that works as "quality time" or not. Probably not.
His also isn't setup all tities like yours.
Ultimately we all know what opinions are like..
I really dig my Rex. I'd sell 5 jicksers before I sold my Rex.
