Somethings wrong with these leathers

I was looking at leather suits on ebay, and I stumble upon this one. Something ain't right, but I can't put my finger on it, someone help.

Looks like he belongs at the Blue Oyster Bar to me.

Other then that I dont see any expanders in the waist or shoulder area. I dont know if they are supposed to come with it but it sure does make movement easier.
