As the commenter said, making a 1098 powered enduro seems like massive overkill. With that being said, it does look awesome though.
This thing has DucDave's name all over it.
I think it will have a lot of peoples names on it if they make it look good.
Looks is the one area that the current Multi fails at. It can grow on you, but man it's tough to look at for the first time.
I actually think that it looks pretty cool
That looks Like a tire Turnsignals and some guys back.

Hmmmmmm....
tempting....
So it's like a Triumph Tiger with similar horsepower, less reliability, more cost to buy, more cost to maintain and less aftermarket support?

I had a Multistrada for 3 years, best bike I owned - including every dirt bike I had. The thing was an XR600 on steroids, just did everything right.
It was a little lanky and soft for track days, but for all around riding in New England it can't be beat.
That being said, I agree the 1098 motor might be overkill.

The press has been talking about how Ducati wants to build a true R1200GS competitor, but from what little I can see in that photo, this bike is far from it. Looks to me like another very street-focused bike, more giant supermoto than giant enduro. That's hardly a competitor to the R1200GS.
