    One thing I've always wondered...considering how often they've got the front wheel in the air, do they have custom oil pickups or something? Seems like the bikes would die premature deaths due to oil starvation when run for long periods like that.

    I believe that the oil pans not only have baffles in them to prevent sloshing but the pick up is in the back. Gsxr 1ks used to have that problem but I think the manufactures have figured out that these bikes get wheelied
