you probably won't get too many good responses from this site because most of us are more interested in cornering and keeping both wheels on the ground (well, except for HalfSquid)
I'm sure you can find some forums around that cater to stunt riding, that would be better equiped to answer your questions.
speak for yourself ye who rides with a heavy front wheel.

please kill the CAPS LOCK...gives me a headache to read in caps and I HATE getting yelled at.
Seen some shows round here by the Green Mountain Outlaws. Good stuff to watch but not my cup-o-tea. Only time I get the front off the ground is when I get on the 1200 cc's I have.
Please practice and stunt in a controled enviornment. Not only for your own safety (you know the risks) but for me and my family that you could kill if you act dumb in public. I know there are some here that stunt and they will prolly chime in soon enough. Good luck and ride safe

Go over to stuntlife...they'll be happy to have another stunter

Learning how to stunt 101
Step one: Take your bike by the left clipon with you left hand.
Step two: Put up the side stand with your foot. (whichever is more comfortable)
Step three: Kick your bike and let it slam to the ground.
Step four: Replace brake lever, clipon, and rearset.
It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
Does it look like this?

where'd he go?
I did'nt give up just had to take off last night for a while well Iguess stunting is one of those things you like or you don't . thanks for the info maybe I'll try touch base with Brian from Core 6.. It's not just the stunt part ofit but the bike contol you need to do some of these things is un-real.![]()
That is the #1 reason why people on here dislike stunting.... they think stunt riding is 80mph wheelies on the highway, breaking the law, trashing brake systems doing endo's, not wearing any helmets, sneakers, shorts, and police chases. That is NOT "Stunting"..... that is ADOLESCENT REBELLION!!Originally posted by CBGB

The meaning of the word....
"Stunt"
Function: noun
1 : an unusual or difficult feat requiring great skill or daring.
I've worked hard... almost 6 years honing my skills and trying to master the art of motorcycle stunt riding. Yes, I did start on the streets, but over time I've learned how important it is to be in a controlled environment. ... Not only for the safety of the general public, but for my own. Controlled Environments also assist the learning curve by keeping unwanted distractions out.
And, for those who continue to discriminate.... think back REAL hard.... seriously think back around the first time you rode on a track. Now, think about how many times you took an off ramp at 60, 70, 80mph trying to test your limits before you actually put up the time, money, and commitment to get out there on a track.
You tell me what the difference is?
Brian

I agree with ya Brian. I thinkt hat a lot of stunters pratice hard at slow speeds to do some of the things you guys do. I've seen, and own, several stunting videos and I think it has its place. I know the control you guys have is unbelievable and the way that you can control and throw the bike around like you do is awesome. I've seen 1 stunt show and I would like to see more but there just aren't a lot of them round here.
Its just not for me. I don't want to wreck my bike trying new things cause I can't afford to fix it and pay for damages. That and I am still a newb and learning how to control my bike on the road.![]()
