Why do they put the warmers on after the race when the podium guys come in??!
Aren't the tires junk?

What do you mean it's totally random? We just said it's to hide tire wear.

Some wrap 'em, some don't. I think sometimes they wrap 'em even if there's nothing to hide, because psy-ops.
