Swap '04 600rr for '05 VTR or '06 F4i?

I recently purchased the rr with the expectation of doing some track days. Long story short, the track days aren't going to happen so I threw my bike out on Craigslist looking for a swap. I would rather trade performance for better ergos - the rr is a hard ride after a couple hours!

The two most promising responses look to be an '05 VTR with 7K or an '06 with 2K. They have reasonably comparable value according to what I've been able to dig up. I had an F3 years ago so I probably have a decent idea of the F4i's riding position, but I know nothing of the VTR.

This is what I get for selling my trusty Viffer!

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

SOLD The only problem is that my bike is at a storage facility in Florida

It ia a brand new vfr with 500 miles on it with a full exhaust heated grips/seat with GPS

I will send you a check for 10k and you can cash so you know its lagit then pickup the bike in Florida and I will come get your bike once we have traded bikes you give me back the money but you can keep 3k for your troubles

Sorry - been on the road for work. Looks like I am swapping straight up with a local kid who has an '06 F4i. Bikes have roughly the same value (although I was surprised at performance gap between the two).
