Sounds like the road is heading in the difficult direction as always when the enviromentalists get involved!

Whenever the wetlands board/commission gets involved it will always be a long, uphill battle until they are satisfied. No matter how many site surveys, environmental impact studies, etc, etc...., they will always find fault with something. This is a process that may often take years. And, of course, the local environmentalists are coming out of the woodwork to oppose anything that they deem to be harmful to the environment, even though all neccessary precautions are being taken.
