    oh man, glad you are ok and that it wasnt worse. Clavicle will heal fast!

    once it is healed some, and it isnt too painful to move the joint, get that shoulder working (just really light duty, keeps everything from emaciating or getting stiff), it will cut your recovery time down. "active recovery"

    Been there don& that and I have a FF helmet that looks like that. I hit the ground doing about 60 and just about the same thing happened to my helmet. ATGAT saves lives for sure. Good to here you are on the mend.

    Surgery tomorrow afternoon. I get a nifty plate with pins for my collar bone and an overnight stay. Just hoping for a sponge bath but with my luck I know it won't be from a cute nurse. What kind of recoup time does something like this usually run?

    Way to many variables. Because of the pins/plate or ORIF in medical jargon it should be faster rather than slower. I wanna say 6 to 12 weeks should cover it but alot depends on things you can`t controll. In any case let it heal before you start thrashin that thruxton ok?
