well ironically my license was unsuspended at the beginning of the month, and I already got a ticket. The mistake on this ticket (we know that theres atleast always one) is the date. He put 04/09/07 twice on the ticket. What do you think if I paid by check with a date of 04/10/07 on the check? Maybe by then the check would be void?

Is there a date format that says dd mm yy . The cop might be using that format. We use it in the Coast Guard. Like for today we would put 5SEP07. Check it out.

date the check for any date you want, they will cash your check.
