You're not gonna get consensus here on a topic like this.
Tires are a very personal choice. We all aren't going out there
with stop watches and stuff getting real data on what is
the best choice. You get what you pay for pretty much.
Most tires out there will fit your bill. Some tip in faster
some are more stable feeling, some are stickier but wont
last as long. I'd say a good compromise is something like
a Pilot Power, Diablo Rosso, Bridgestone 021, 056, 016...
All of those will have way more traction than you'll ever need but
it'll be there should you need it in a pinch.
