My TL-R is by far the funnest bike I've ever owned (I've been riding in one form or another for over 30 years). As was said though, I wouldn't pay over $5K no matter what mods it has. Ya gotta be careful of what mods were done as I've seen MANY half-assed jobs done on TL-R's...

Be warned though: You'll either hate it or love it. There's no in between with these...

The best way I've heard riding a TL series summed up was, '...everytime I ride the thing I feel like I just raped an entire village...'
