I don't see any reason to exclude motorcycle engines equipped with desmodromic valving.
There will be no exemption for singles. If a single cylinder machine has a factory stereo, it is welcome. If not, too bad.
This is likely to end up something close to a production class (when I convince those that create the rules to implement it).
