I figure this could be a cool thing to do.
Send a pic, and everyone have a guess at it.
I dug this one up cleaning out my closet.
This is a pic of my wife back in 1986..(hint)
Can anyone guess what the bike was...Displacement etc..I know the pic gives some of it away, but I guess this could be fun...

Too old to rock and roll, too young to die.
Ok here's another one of my toys from the past. The only hint I'm giving is this bike was the first model year introduced into the country, and it's serial number was #432.

First one's a 250... and the other is an RD400? or RZ350?
99 R1 with BRR front among other things
01 WR426
Damn!! No one else wants to take a shot at this??
I'll post the answers later tonight
Too old to rock and roll, too young to die.
The top pic is a SRX 250 single of mid-80's vintage...
The second one is an RD400 two-stroke of late-80's vintage. Maybe '87?
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
Ok, here's the answers..
The first bike is a 1986 SRX-250. They were only available for 2 years..
The second bike is a 1984 RZ-350LC Kenny Roberts.
This bike came to the states, with catalytic converters on it! Not like the Bikes in Canada or from abroad.
1st production run was of 2000. 1000 of the KR yellow, and the other 1000 was red white and blue.
They ran another production run for 1985, and that was all she wrote!
Emission regs. killed them.

Jay,
Make sure you pick up a decent airfilter, Like the BMC F1, or the K&N replacement filter..also don't forget the airfilter oil!
gonna need your dremmel small sanding drums, coarse, and what ever bit you can get to cut thru plastic!
If you want to do the TRE (resistor mod) we can do that too. We will need to adjust your throttle position sensor also..chances are it's out anyway. You are gonna have to get a #25 safety torx bit...it's got a hole in the middle of it. Suzuki decided to be funny, and used safety torx screws on the TPS.
When it gets warmer..I'll be up! LOL
