    Gas Scooter

    Does anyone know anything about those little 2 stroke gas scooters, it lookes like a chainsaw engine or something that powers them.. I am sick of walking down the street to find my kids, and need something to get me there and back.. (takes too long to warm up the Bandit!)

    I'm thinking if you're old enough to have kids, you're too old to be riding one of those motorized razor scooters.

    How about a bicycle?

    In all seriousness, you couldn't pay me enough to get on one of those things. They were quite the fad while I was in college. Saw a girl booking down a moderate hill on one at probably 20mph, hit a slight bump, twisted the bars 90 degrees, and went down like a sack of potatoes. Ouch. Those oversized rollerblade wheels are too damn small.

    hm-m-m... my dad just whistled... woe be to him/her who didn't drop what they were doing and hustle home the moment we heard it...

    later, when we ambled outta earshot, we had a set time we hadda be home... missing the deadline was NOT a lotta fun...

    in other words: make them come to you. lots less hassle for you, less excercise, etc.
