    Talking Which vehicle?

    Ok, its time for my annual Jamestown pilgrimage... only thing is i dont know which vehicle to take.

    I want to take the bike.... but...

    its still in track guise.
    prolly gonna rain... a lot.
    i aint gonna touch it once i get there
    its like 12 hours each way... depending on traffic
    i havent had a solid night sleep in weeks (due to long hours at work) and it aint gonna happen before i leave either.

    with the truck...
    i can bring the fiddies, for drunken lawn riding! YAY!
    stay dry in the A/C
    enjoy some music on the drive

    lots of pros and cons to both... the biggest things are that i dont think i can be rested enough to handle a 700 mile bike trip between now and then and i dont think i have the time to get the bike back to street trim either.

    i kinda made my mind up already i guess. unless someone comes up with something real compelling for riding.

    truck it is.

    no sense in bringing the bike and the truck... once i get there... the bike just gets parked and i end up drunk for 4 or 5 days.
