Does anyone know where I could have captive wheels spacers made ? I am thinking about ordering a set of OZ Gass RS-A wheels for a 2004-2007 CBR1000RR, and install them on my 2004 Honda RC51. The rear wheel should be a direct fit, but I will need captive spacers made for front wheel. Thanks for your time and help.

I've made them before. Typically the simple kind that are seal retained as apposed to going with different bearings and using a bearing retained spacer. Better but more involved and the bearings IMO are less durable with the smaller balls needed.
