I figure, if you weren't exceeding the speed limit, the bike is under full "control" while doing the wheelie, nice and straight and "calm", and then the wheelie set down nice and gentle-like, would that necessarily, always be ticket material? Is there specific motor vehicle code against em? For me, there's no way I'm wheelie'n the C-14, or even a tricycle with pedals, but pretty amazin' what some doods do. Makes ya wonder how many times they hadda CRASH to learn that stuff.
Nah i didnt do wheelies on that neither did my friend, he bought it like but with 4000mi thats too soon to need fork seals.
I can't even wheelie on my freaking pedal bike.![]()
Yup, doesn't matter how good you are at wheelies. In the eyes of the law, the front wheel off the ground means you're removing a huge part of your ability to control (steer and stop) the bike... thus you generally get EFFED ROYALLY for even a little wheelie.

I'm too afraid to drop the clutch..I'll get it all set but then I will end up slowly letting out the clutch...I don't wanna drop my baby![]()

If you dump the clutch just make sure you are covering the rear brake..Or your in for a lil surprise
My bike won't power wheelie because it is lowered so I would have to dump it but knowing me I'd go flying backwards so I think I'm just going to keep both wheels on the ground!

Like hell it won't. Guaran-damn-tee it will, lowering kit be damned. All ya gotta do is... um... maybe I shouldn't post a specific how to?
Actually, is a roll off - roll on still considered a power wheelie? I'd assume so. Even if not I bet it still would, but I guaran-damn-tee it'll come up without the clutch.
Who the hell lowers a motorcycle anyways muahahahahaha
Anyone else remember Mike from Collision Pros when he used to race that 750 at NHMS? He was TINY and would just lean the bike over on the grid and put all the weight on 1 leg...I dont understand why people lower the bike personally either but oh well..

blah come on, just get the seat re done. Im around 5'7 or so and i just lean to the side, hell even when pushing the bike back into my garage ill do it with one leg haha. Looks funny i know.
Believe me I'd rather not have it lowered but it would be impossible for me to move it when it was stopped...I have a hard enough time doing it with it being lowered still
