When I was racing the old GSXR's with 18" wheels, Dunlop had D591R's with 160's made for both the 3.50" rear of the 750 and 4.00" of the 1100.

As for the F3, a 170 was the common race fitment and works just fine. I would run the 160 to get the good handling for the street and this was what Honda designed the bike for in a street application.

The 190 much too wide for that bike.
