So my lazy ass buddy told me to find him a company that makes him a seat for his 2001 zx-12r. After a bit of searching I think Corbin is the only one who makes one. The corbin site has the seat listed at 299. Do you guys know anywhere that is cheaper? I PM Duncan Moto but he hasn't got back to me.

I looked on their site and they don't make one for his damn bike. That was the first place I went because that is what I want for my bike.
Unless I am missing something. Wouldn't be the first time. http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c....ategory.852/.f

That's not a bad price if it's new, originally pushing the $500.dollar mark, they pop up on craigs list every now and then for around $250. got mine for $200. but be careful seat foam will harden with age but if you have original sales slip Corbin will rebuild it once in a lifetime for a very reasonable deal. There are also two models to choose from, a solo seat called -gunfighter- and a two up -gunfighter lady. Best seat I ever had, trying to get them to make a gunfighter for my C-14.
Yea base price no fancy stitching. http://www.corbin.com/kawasaki/zx12.shtml
He is a pain in the ass so maybe I'll tell him 400 and I'll order it for him lol.

Corbin is a funny company. They obviously know they have a proven product, their price is their price, and if you don't like it, you can buy a seat somewhere else, thank you very much! Dealers get no slack either. I wanted one for the Bandit before I ended the quest to make it comfortable and bought the C-14, my dealer back in Virginia told me to order it from the web, the dealer gets no price breaks from them to sell their seats..
I got the set of Corbins for my 02 F4I. Only place that made them specific.
Found a couple places that redid your original seats but I love my Corbins and thought I wish they were cheaper I have no regrets.
