Winter Bike storage in Watertown.

Hello everyone.

We are considering offering storage at our shop in Watertown starting November 1st. I need to know the potential interest. We can have up to 12 spaces in the garage next door as described below. There is also 1 other space available in the showroom for $40/mo.

$50/mo. month to month, 30 day notice, 1 month minimum. (no partial months)

Pros:
Come and go as much as you want during normal business hours. (Other hours available with 24 hour notice)
Climate controlled.
Sealed concrete floor. (very clean and great for stands.)
Plug for your battery tender included or buy one from us for $40.
Unblocked storage. (Roll in and out without moving bikes)

Cons:
You must drain fuel from tank and run bike dry before going in. I do have a siphon on site.
You will sign a waiver for damage or theft, so you probably want to keep your bike registered and insured.

I need to let the landlord know if we'll be utilizing the space in the 10 days, so post up on the poll and let me know if you'd be a definite or a maybee and for how long.

Free electrical outlet for your charger.
We are limited to 14 bikes total at first to see how it goes.
If we don't get at least 8 it will not be worth it for the landlord.
This is not my space, but the garage next to my shop which is currently vacant.
