    Winter project taking shape

Been working on it most of the winter. aprilia frame with 500cc 2 stroke engine, custom everything. 190 rear tire, gsxr 1000 front end etc... just finishing up the engine build and ill be ready. 125hp and 300lb.... my other build was 400lb and its a killer bike, this should be much nicer....

one off custom cush drive to fit the massive tire...

custom led projection lights i designed and built...if anyone wants some let me know! drill a hole and push them in....

How can anyone build bikes for a living and make money doing it? Ive got so many hours into it and not even close to done.

I'm a bit confused, the bike in the pictures does not have a GSXR front end.

Shit I'd love to rip that thing on the street or the track. I will volunteer for testing duties if needed.

    Re: Winter project taking shape

its a k8 gixer front end. ohlins as I wanted the upgraded adjustable valving... You are kind right...not much of it left is gixer LOL

Well its gonna be another 500cc 2cyl two stroke engine in this bike as well, similar to the last one I built. banshee engine stoked and bored etc...streight cut gears for street use... Im sure it would be a real track weapon....Not sure it will see to much track time as much as street...... dont want to crash it that fast

Great project. Where did you get the engine cradle from? Build it yourself?

    Re: Winter project taking shape

Honest, ive already got a few other two stroke bikes with small tires for awsome handling. The 190 tire was on the wheel when I got them....It will stay until I need a new one than ill go to 180. I like the look of a modern tire setup. Plus, no one in the world has put a tire this big on a rs250.... I wanted to be diffrent. The cradel was from the two stroke shop. Thats the easy part...LOL. Almost every part is brand new. I wanted a brand new bike. My last bike I built I bought a new one and gutted it. made the build much quicker. This was from a frame and build all new parts. Ill keep you folks posted with an update when the engine gets together...Just wating for a few parts. Its already titled...

Its a RZ350 based engine. I have another one already running in one of my other street bikes. Killer power hit, great midrange torque etc... a parrallel twin two stroke.
based on a engine like this

if it's built on a street titled rs250 frame, then just like any other bike.
