Winter storage in Watertown now open - DUNCANMOTO

We are once again taking in bikes for winter storage. (any size 2 wheelers.) up to 12 bikes. We have 2 so far.
$50/mo. each bike per month, paid 1 month in advance. (1st & last) No minimum number of months.
Anytime you want to start. Access to bike during normal business hours and by special appointment as well.
Outlet provided for your battery tender. (Tender jr. available for $30 with 1st month's rent in cash)
1. No work allowed on premesis.
2. Must drain gas and must sign waiver releasing landlord in case of fire, theft, etc. (We have siphon equipement here if needed)
3. No partial months.
4. No payment BS. You pay on time or we'll auction your bike. (I do not make any money on this, so I'm not chasing anyone for $50)

yes. You can however drop your rates quite substancially if you tell the insurance company you will not be riding, but just need fire and theft coverage.

Yes, but gas must be drained when returning.
