The Held gloves came and I ended up returning them. The stitching on one side was a little off (though I'm told it was just the "finish stitch"). I still wasn't crazy about paying $140 for an imperfect glove, and STG took them back. Not to mention the fact that I ordered the same size as my last held glove and it definitely didn't fit as well.
I ended up getting Cortech Injector gloves for $49.99. Good glove from what I've read, and you can't beat the price![]()
Cool yeah I'm on my third pair of the excelerators now, sizing is all over the place and one pair was defective. I'm returning them for exchange one more time, then going with a pair of helds if it doesn't work out. I'm starting to wonder if sbtg is selling "seconds".
I just wanted to update the thread now that I've ridden with the Cortech gloves a bit.
They flow a lot more air than most gloves I've owned (not too much though), and are pretty comfortable after they break in. The gloves were a bit tight when I first got them, but they seem to be loosening up well. So well in fact that I may buy a second set to have as backups (hey, for $40...)
