I've always liked the brand and a lot of their bikes over the years, but I've just never owned one. I also haven't owned a bike with any type of off road capability for a long time. Narrowed it down to this and the Husky 250 but went with the Yamaha after weighing out pros and cons. I put about 30 miles on it last night and after so many years of riding larger street bikes it is quite different to say the least. Essentially going wherever I wanted to go - cutting across all sorts of stuff; just a blast. For me so light and with such different ergos, I'm really going to like this bike. Will start adding some after-market bits over the next few weeks.

Close your eyes, look deep in your soul, step outside yourself and let your mind go.
Youre gonna love that beast. Congrats!
Nice bike Mike... that is going to be loads of fun!
Maybe you can bring it on a Seacoast ride?
Thanks. I'm looking forward to getting it dirty; or in my case getting it kinda dirty and then cleaning it immediately afterward.
Yeah, maybe for the rides where the roads on Garmin first show going from solid to dotted lines, and then to the Garmin lady yelling that she has no idea where the hell we are. For the other routes I think the 14 will still be the better choice!
