After a successful motorcycle safety course and quite a bit of parking lot practice, my fiancee is ready for some tame street riding. I imagine our typical ride will leave from Roslindale around 8:00 a.m. on a weekend morning and will avoid highways.
As some of you know, though, I haven't been in the area long and don't have a ready supply of destinations for us (i.e., I have recognized only a few tags in the Tag-o-Rama game). Any suggestions? Any old destination will do; we don't require much. Could be a local landmark, a great view, or simply a good place to get a meal or ice cream.
Thanks!
This run will take a few hours, lots of places to stop, about 90 miles. Starts and ends at Honey Dew in Wakefield. You could shorten the time on either leg by taking 128. But 133 and 62 are both nice easy roads to get to/from Salem.
Honey Dew is about 18 miles/30 minutes from Cambridge/Somerville.
