Yo...just pulled this off the Monster board....if you're thinking of the Gaps this weekend you should proly check this out! Those of you who went today...good on you! (Nice pics too....!)

Unless you like being part of a bicycle race, you should probably avoid VT-100 between Waitsfield and Hancock (VT-125). The race goes through Middlebury Gap (VT-125), Bristol and ends at the summit of App Gap on VT-17. I think the road is actually closed down during at least part of the day. They are starting at 8am on Sunday and it's only a 65 mile stage so... Go there after noon and you'll be all set.

These races are also pretty fun to watch; those poor suckers finish their 65 stage at the TOP of the gap!!!

If you want to have some real fun, ride along in various groups of racers and alternately wheely and blast one of the boat horns you can keep in yer tank bag.......

Went up again yesterday (Saturday) around 2pm (not reading this warning first) - saw the signs and a few bicycles, but it wasn't an issue for traffic going through at that time. Saw over a dozen other motorcycles at the gap.
