got my first citation on the ride home on rt44. i was 67 in a 35, officer was nice, wrote me for a 45 in a 35. suppose its from my stellar record, no tix since 91 (i just don't try that hard) off came the lid, registration and license in hand before he was by my side. this is what kham does right? lol

nice to be out on the bike after a week in the garage, even the ticket i got won't ruin my day

Fight it. I was told by a State Trooper in RI if you have a clean record for the past 3 years, they will throw it out. Its worth a shot. Its not the fine, its the points on your license that sucks.
