We have postponed this ride one week to the 18th and 19th. If interested let it be known. meetup points and such will not be posted in this thread, if you want to go please PM.
Also would like to know if there is a local person to act as a tour guide on said dates.

I'll be in on this, providing my bike is out of the shop by then. (Any State Farm people out there that can push my claim process hook a brothah up!)
Stiggy/Jim - I checked out the B&B... its only a 2-roomer tho.. so I may look into a local motel or something... I love ya guys and all.. BUT.......![]()
A hotel or motel would be good. Parking near the room would be good as well. I will look in to it.

I assume this is a rain or shine event?

ifthe forecast is for 100% rain all day then no. I don't mind chance showers and passing storms though.

That area of NY is littered with abandon hotels motels and inns. Could stash the bikes out back and do a little B&E action
wait what?
Don't hesitate to look south of Burlington VT for places to stay...you'll be really close to the good stuff just the same

I do have rain tires to check out... 100% Rain really sucks though! I will keep up to date with weather underground.

I'm probably out but TimmyB would be a better choice than me anyway...... He's slow and responsible....![]()

I am not looking to be that responsible. Any guides will help we can hang a knee if need be:-)
I want another Ninja to ride with... Lets see that Blue 636 on T***
The ride will stop Saturday night in Burlington VT. We are thinking Rodeway Inn in South Burlington.

Houston, I have a problem.... My waitlist for the NRA class I've been waiting on finally cleared... FOR NEXT WEEKEND. They're over 6 weeks deep waiting now so I really can't turn this down, as I'll have my permit to carry before the next class :-(
Stiggy - im still cool with all the plans we talked about either way, hit me up if you need more info.
Tag along.
T***** road is just a nice easy road. 85 corners or so in 8 miles and you can drag a knee in 40% of them if you want too...... Remember, the cops ARE there on the weekends and the last corner on the west end is where most people crash 'cause it is tighter than you expect, 55mph = knee down on a ZRX.......![]()

I was over there this afternoon. Clean as a whistle, and no cops at all. I also found Hurricane Mt. Road, but it sucks right now. I think that it is going to get paved though, which would rock!!!

What ever this ride is sounds like fun! What exactly is the plan? I didn't catch the first thread. If it involves sunshine, 2 wheels and good people count me in =)
--Motorcycles are a balance between trust and physics. you just have to trust that your tires will work, and hope the 10 little asian guys that designed the bike got an A+ in physics
We will be riding accross MA, NH, VT, and NY on the weekend coming up. We limit slabing to a minimum. Mostly twisty back roads. We ride long distance so be prepared. Saturday night will be in Burlington VT most likely.
I will be looking forward for the local guide. Thanks TimmyB
