Halloween Ride this weekend !

Oct 19 (Sunday) The 15th Annual Gregory, Keiseling, Sweetsir Halloween Run, for the benefit of HANDI-KIDS will be staging at 437 Turnpike St, (Route 138) Canton, on October 19th, rain date Oct 26. $20 per bike. Register 12PM, ride leaves at 1:30. The route is Rt 138 N, to Neponset Valley Pkwy, out thru Dedham, Islington, Westwood, Dover, Needham, then back thru Dedham, West Roxbury, Roslindale, JP and up Hyde Park Ave to the Cavan House. (The Cavan House is home of the Hyde Park Harley Riders, aka HPHR.) There are usually tee shirts and sweat shirts available so bring $$ for them if you're interested. It's suggested you and friends get there early! Costumes make the run fun, but definitely wear something fun!

You need to find some roads out by you and lead me around one day brotha. I can take all back roads to get out your way! I'll have to show you early next season, or maybe if we get a nice day in Nov..

The HPHR group and the Cavern house is where I used to hang out every Thurs. night. A bunch of cool peeps and it is a benifit ride that is a blast. I usually dress up for this as there are many towns that we go through that people bring there kids to watch the rides and costumes go by. You know that cool bike cover I have with all the skulls on it, won it on this ride a few years back
This is allways a really fun ride and time afterwards. I hope they bring the burnout pit back allways fun to see tires smoke.

I agree it's for a good cause. But why is it that Harley riders always end up having to pay BEFORE they ride? Is this part of the 'Harley mystique'? Just curious...

I dont know. I think it was rained out but not to sure. You can get all the info usually from Bostonbiker.com
