    Can't be any worse than the road I live on.

    The town has gone so far as to fill in the dips with gravel/dirt mix.....and when I say "dips" I mean the pavement drops 2 feet in some places.

    ya, it can, the state was fillin in "dips" in the pavement, not actual potholes with a muddy gravel mixture today, with all the other go to nowhere state highways that received "stimulus investment funds" I'm surprised that 129 is as bad as it is

    I would not have taken 129 if I didn't have to run a errand on Bee Hole Road

    Try East Conway Rd in Conway, 113 up through Stow, ME and Chatham, NH, 113A from Tamworth up through Wonalancet, and oh yeah, Green Hill in Conway (the road that HMR comes out on). Then try driving those roads in a 20' box truck........

    Dang! Things have gotten worse then. Last time I was on that road around this time of the year, maybe 2yrs ago, I was bounced out of my seat and thought I broke a wrist because of frost heaves. Now you gotta bunny hop over the gaps!

    Ehhh...I was close. They did wunna their infamous NH State DOT shim coats what, about 7 or 8 years ago? It was great for the 3 or 4 years following, then started going to shit again a coupla years ago. You just watch too: when they do that again, I'll bet we lose what few passing zones there are now too...

    new construction is across lake from you , client (Loudon Building Supply) is on Bee Hole in Loudon

    beleive me, you don't want the lot.... I had to do monitoring wells for the past 2 years, I've had better lots turned down, but this client was persistent and threw money at it till we got an approval

    No, HIGHLY unlikely I'd ever buy another lot in the colony. I was asking if you were handling new construction on Bee Hole Rd. If you remember, you steered us away from a coupla lots over there years ago. Low & behold, the one you told us had a very small building envelope has a house plop in that area - the exact spot we DIDN'T wanna put it. And the other lot as far as I know is still in limbo. Someone bought it, but I'm not sure they've been able to build yet. I THOUGHT there were wetlands issues with it...
