Uncle Snake, thanks a bunch for stopping by the "scene". It was nice meeting you and your girlfriend My buddy is doing allright, hip and neck a bit sore, but at least he walked away. It was PITA to find a rental truck in that area. I had to go to Montpelier, and the only place open was a uhaul. The smallest truck they had was a 14 foot box truck. I had no choice so I rented that out for him and everything worked out well. My buddy drove back home yesterday. One more guy joined us yesterday afternoon and we continued our trip to NY. 2.5 days, ~750 miles ( for me ) ~900 miles for other guys ( from Nantucket )Awesom roads, good weather, no tickets and 1 "succesfull" accident. I looked over his bike today when I got back. Mostly cosmetic damage from what I can tell.
