It wasn't me I didn't do it (unless you have the negatives to prove it)
Never saw it and did not know it was part of the link for the awards? Who knew??

Mike, are you planning on going to the awards? You're not on the list and I have already sent in the reservation.Originally posted by Half Squid

Perowitz will probably be there too since he is from W. Bridgewater. I would love to get there but I just don't know how possible that is.
Bras cause cancer.

Did anyone go to that NEMotorcycle Expo show this weekend? Was it worth it? I missed it but am contemplating going on the 7th in Salem NH.
Thanks!
Cam
I heard it sucked. Complete waste of $$..
Unless your looking to get ripped off buying a used bike, dont go!
I read poor responces from a few sites about the show, I didn't find out first hand.

"fuckit!"
yeah I went it sucked ass. I can deal with the mostly chopper thing but there wasnt much in there. And for admission and parking it was a nice chunk of change.
Plus you couldnt get within 50 ft of Indian Larry, and Billy Lane was a dick, he wouldnt talk to anyone.
I had a completely opposite experience.
I went to this show and brought a friend and all the kids (4 of 'em). After using the coupons on line, it cost me something like 65-70 bucks to get in.
I enjoy seeing ALL type of bikes and respect the beauty in all styles, good, bad and ugly. I even got picked out of the crowd to step over the rope and take a few pictures sitting on some show bikes. I thought it was strange that the sportbike owners were much more protective with their bikes than the chopper guys.
I had a great discussion with the guy from the MMA about some of the issues that they have been bringing to capital hill.
Had some fun with the guy running the HA's table.
Indian Larry and Billy Lane had long lines but were taking time to speak to everyone and take pictures. I did not want to wait in a line but got in a quick hello and got a picture of them.
Bought some great new sick boy products, bought my son a OCC hat which he sports proudly to 2nd grade, my daughter picked up a biker shirt which she could not wait to wear to 1st grade and tell her tails of all she had seen.
We paid for parking and went out for dinner before hitting the road for the 1.5hr drive home.
It was a well spent 200 dollar day to have quality time with the family all seeing what we love the most! (and I did not have to do dishes that night!!)
glad it went well for you. Amazing how 2 people in the same place hhave such different opinions. I like all bikes too, I was so excited to go maybe I just hyped myself up too much. I used the coupons too
