I'm on lunch down in PA pocono raceway .... the 1125r is the BOMB
even though Im a loyal honda guy
Pocono is a good challange for my ability. There is a really nice hairpin. The transition onto the nascar track is sooo smooth and the get off has a nice line you can find after a couple of laps and finding the one bump after the transition back off the nascar straight.
Back to the Buell ..... it IS all that
after riding the 1125 the CBR felt like a twitchy or i should say the buell is more forgiving. I know that's more a reflection of my bad riding habits...... but i had fun at NHIS TD w/ the CBR but with the 1125r I had perma-grin and didn't want to get off the buell when the session was done
the power is smooth and alllll the way to redline. the tallish riding position doesn't seem to have an effect on turning or chicaines. it felt planted but nimble through all 11.5 turns
prolly with a couple of minor mods it would transition from fun to really exciting
