Ok NESR. I posted this ride around the same time last year and got a huge response. Last year we had 28 riders and a couple of stragglers. Last year's event was incident free and I would like to keep it that way. The date so far is April 10th with a rain date of April 24th on a Sunday. We will be meeting at the same shell station on Rt.20 in Marlborough MA and kickstands will be up at 9:30 AM SHARP. This ride WILL conform to ALL NESR rules and regulations and most importantly, it will be ATGATT! (No full leathers are not required) but jacket, boots, gloves and helmet are required) So please no knuckle heads, and don't bring anyone who you think even has a chance in violating the rules. The first ride of the season is always the scariest, because everyone is still shaking the cob webs off. We will be going at a moderate pace and we will be starting the ride off on the highway. I do this so that we can all get use to the staggered riding and to riding with each other before we start hitting back roads. As far as the route, I will be leading us into Keene NH and then from there we will be grabbing lunch, then off to rt.9 in Vermont and down to rt 2 to hit the mohawk and then down to 112/116 in MA. and from there we will be done. I will post up definite routes in March pending on weather. All are welcome, if it gets too large then I will separate the groups into smaller groups with your own leaders that know the route. Of course I will need volunteers for sweeps and leaders. Everyone please bring ICE #'s. If anyone is CPR/medic cert. I would like to know as well please. I will get into more detail as the time comes. As for now I just want a list of people interested. Please keep this thread clean and organized.
Thank you and I hope to see you guys out there!!!
Copy and paste list as you ad your name! oh and PM me your # If I dont already have it
