Ride Oct 4rth Saturday?

Anybody, Anybody???

I dont have anything planned but looking to ride for a good portion of the day, getting home around 5 pm..

A ride starting before noon would be nice!

Looks like this will be my last ride of the season unless we get a decent november. All of October except this week I will be seperated from my toys by a long distance...

I'm in, as long as my cold stays at bay, i've been sick as a dog for the past week and a half.
Not many more days riding this year, i have a feeling the season will rap up quick.

Hopefully the weather changes for the better, it is probably the last day I can ride for the season, I leave Tuesday to work in California , and I'll be there till Nov 2nd. After that the chances of good weather are slim to none.... So I am looking for a 9 or 10 AM departure time and to be home about a 5PM.

I could make this a northern CT ride? 1st meet in Metro west with a second meet at the Vanilla Beaner around 11 or 12???

Not too far....I believe it's about 45 minutes.
It's in Pomfret, CT ....intersection of 169 and 44 I believe.

Weather looks like it's going to work out perfect for this!

I'll be taking back roads to the Bean from Framingham if anyone wants to ride earlier then head out to the beaner for lunch. I guess the late possy will be there after 12.. Whos in for where & when..

Love Cat get out a map, it's not too far and I am sure there will be some good back roads to get there from your house... See ya there..

However I made my showings for the apartment I am renting out for Saturday assuming most rides would be Sunday..

If I can change them to Sunday or early on Saturday maybe I can ride with ya

I dont want excuses I want results Tom. Just do it and ride, Sunday is going to rain!!!! Ride Saturday or dont ride at all! Hows that ??

I will be heading to MotoMarket for a meet @ 9AM and riding all day long!!!

Late go'ers need not apply because we will be long gone before you even think about waking up!!

I have heard someone reffer to me as a die hard sport rider because of the amount of miles I ussually ride in a year plus the fact I will get up before the roosters for a good ride.
Live to ride, ride to live!! I love it... There is your good reason why I do it, it's as simple as that. I would rather ride first thing in the morning than

all night long and have to sleep off the hangover and miss half of a beautiful day in bed, but thats just my prefference!!!

Why anyone would rather sleep away a nice day??

Night Owls even when I am not out drinking I would rather be up all night than up early am. Just not a morning person, unless I am on vacation....

Friday
BRRR!!! Cold start with suburban frost/freeze at daybreak. Sunshine abounds...a brisk, cool day with highs only in 52-58 degrees! NW winds 5-10 turning S late day.

Friday Night
Not as cold. Clear to partly cloudy. Winds S 5-10 mph. Lows ranging from mid 30s coldest spots to mid 40s city.

Saturday
Clouds, some sun, and the threat of a passing shower in the early morning as a warm front passes through, then again in the evening as a cold front approaches. Highs slightly warmer...in the 60s.

Sunday
Starting with rain...then clearing late. More cool air lurking behind this cold front, but we'll get the brunt of it on Monday. Highs still manage low 60s Sunday.

LatinRider Bluehills area sounds good to me if it is not crappy out. I have a wedding to go to on Sunday no riding for me Sunday..
