8-10 inches fresh powder everywhere. local roads were plowed good. sunlight was very bright ,casting shadows across roadways . minimal blowing snow, in cooler areas wheel tracks wet, slushy between.
best line is left wheel track closer to center line this line clears first, less likely to have snow dragged in from snowbanks, need to be careful in lefthanders, the line gets you apexing where cages do on the yellow lines
bright sunlight requires dark shield, the slushy areas look like they are dry... safest line is the one that looks wet and oily, at lest you know what you are up against.
t he best roads are ones that have had a lot of traffic to dry up the road but do not have traffic to kick road spray up.
I had to clean my shield..... a spray bottle of rainex windshield fluid is best with a terry.
I put about 40 miles on, frost heaves are growing
