Feel free to meet at my house but I doubt I'll be there

I'm thinking of taking bill up on his offer & crash on his couch in Candia the night before. I gotta be there ASS EARLY to go over the route w/ Dave.

I really plan on attending. If I can wake up in time, and if my wrist can hold up to it. I have a mild case of tendinitis in my wrist and it gets sore. I wrap it and it's been holding up. i might have to peel off, but i'll giuve the leaders a heads up.

What are you doing...? That just makes me sound bad.

Well I guess peer pressure works. I might be in some seriouse pain on Monday, but I'm sure I'll see you guys all the way through. Frozen bags of peas are beautiful, there's nothing better to ice an injury.

I would say roughly an hour maybe a little less considering the time of day and that it's a weekend.

If you want to meet up PM me and we'll iron out the details.

which wrist? If it's your left there shouldn't be a problem... right, maybe a bit of an issue.... most important thing you need to do is keep all of your weight off your arms & wrists. Elbows bent.

I broke my wrist April 29th... Had surgery the following week & I was back on the track 3 months later. Proper body posture goes a long way. Asside from a little soreness afterwards it's not all that troublesome.

I am still a rather inexperienced rider, and I am still trying to find the right body position for me. On long straight highway stretches I just rest my hand on top of the bars because it is my left.

I plan on being able to keep up, I wouldn't go if I didn't have confidence that I could hold my own with the group. However, with all of the guys going up that are experienced racers I'm also going to be looking for some advice. I'm sure some minor adjustments in body positioning in turns will help there, and some advice on how to keep weight off my wrist will go a long way also.

    See you guys Sunday!

Weather looks pretty good so far....

    Sunday
Mostly sunny. Hazy through early afternoon. Not as warm with highs in the mid 80s.
