    Re: Any Really good rides?

Yeah buddy, Im looking for the same. Good pace, somewhat safe riders, nice roads....

Seems by your join date that youre a little new around here. Very cool!

List up where youre from, what your riding expreience is and what you ride, and your riding gear.

There are a lot of group rides, but Im sure you would like to go on rides suited to you and what you like. Lie I have zero interest in those fund raiser 1000 plus bike, almost all cruiser rides. To me, no bueno. Other rides...

Like NH twisties at a brisk pace...now those are for me. But before I was ever invited, those who set it up needed to know I was capable and not a tank top wearing wheelie freak.

Follow the Seacoast ride schedule, see if thats your bag...ATTGAT and join up!!

Lowell Bike night is also pretty awesome. Its tuesday night... Www.motorcyclenight.com

Try VT Rt 140 go East from Wallingford to E. Wallingford.

Good road with new top coat.

Or there is always Essex county Rt 6 in NY.

From Waterford, CT spend alot of time in NH though. I ride a 05 CBR 1000, also like brisk paced twisties. I am new to Japanese Sport bikes rode a Buell xb12s before little different animal more of a bar hopper. I have some Dainese full metal pro gloves and wife is buying me the Dainese racing jacket. Just need to save for boots and pants now!!

try this: App Gap Loop Starting in Bristol, VT

I didn't catch where you live, western Mass is a blast. SW New Hampshire has some fun stuff. Lakes region in NH is great around the Kancamagus Hwy. Except for this white stuff on the ground and the bike in the garage for a few months each year, riding is great here!

    Re: Any Really good rides?

Definitely wait until summer if you're going to do the App Gap and even then use caution. I drove my truck over it yesterday and the frost heaves were as epic as ever with a couple of good sized sink holes and cracks thrown in. I'm not saying it won't be exciting but maybe not in the way you were hoping for. Do us all a favor and do a warm up lap before thinking you can wick it up. I live nearby and will gladly help you pick up your bike and zip tie it back together, but I'd rather not.

Sorry. You are on the wrong board. There hasn't been anyone semi sane around here at least since I've joined (or they just don't post).
