    Oh yeah, i did make it to the Bean yesterday on the R1, i gave it it's first bath of the season before i left. I think i managed to miss/go around all the puddles and wash-over but the dirt and sand kicked up by passing cars in the other direction sure made a mess of things We need a good heavy rain to wash all the shizniot away

    i knew you'd catch that.

    i wasn't. then i had last sunday free, so i did it, then rode it. Nate and I did the fiddy too. They were a blast, but the pond had a bunch of slush on top of the ice, so we couldn't push things too hard. it ski'd on me a whole bunch. now, of course, everythings melting.

    i gotta get those motard wheels so i can just swap wheels and leave the studs in for next winter!

    this is one of the reasons i start the season on the tard. the other would be the fun you can have sliding around in the sand.

    oh and those first couple of cold tire slides
