Great riding......... and even better company. Why is it that we wait 'til Aug 22 to do something like that? Chris....119 kicks ass. Fun road. May I make a suggestion? Some weekend in september or early october we put an overnighter together. No planning whatsoever......just check the weather early in the week and commit the weekend. Anyone?

when most of you turn off onto 495, i came up to the cops as he turned around, light flashing, and thought for sure would nail one of you but he just pulled over to the left in the wrong direction, get out of his cruiser and walked over to the otherside.

i was about a mile back, had to pull over b/c i hit the red button by accident and didn't realize at the time.

All you have to do is turn it back on while riding. It will start.. You should pull the cluth in, but if your engine bogs down enough and builds up compression while still in motion you will get a nice back fire! Sounds like a shot gun, not very good for the bike , but sounds Kewl!

I dont do this anymore, but I can get a nice reppetative popping if I get my bike up to 8 grand in first and completely let of the gas, the gearing slows it down quick ,and it goes pababababaaa! I think @ night you would be able to see a flame, used to do it when I killed and restarted it in motion... At least blew a 2 foot flame out the pipe a few times!! Scared the people I was riding with!!!

I am the newbie who joined you guys for the ride Saturday. I just wanted to say thanks for allowing me to tag along. I had a great time. I just moved here 3 week ago from Knoxville, TN and the area is completely new to me. On the ride, I have to say that I loved Vermont (alittle like Tennessee-only not as friggin' hot). I hope I can hook up with you guys again in the future.

Oh I made the calls as well!! As a matter of fact I started the calling process! At least my dad made it to the airport!!!

I wanted to thank you guys for letting Bruce and I in on the fun! Those were some great roads. And big thanks to Chris for the route, it rocked and was definetly worth staying.

I won't say anything about the new purchase but you know I definetly agree with that transaction.

Question is, is the deal done yet??

As for a overnighter, let me know. I would be up for it!
